On February 5th, 2021, Kuaishou Technology (“the Company” or “Kuaishou”) was listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (“the Stock Exchange”).

Kuaishou’s stocks can be traded at the Stock Exchange’s Hong Kong Dollar (HKD) counter under the ticker symbol “01024”, or in the Renminbi (RMB) counter under the ticker symbol “81024”.

The Class B ordinary shares of the Company (the “Class B Shares”) will be traded in board lots of 100 Class B Shares each in both counters.
 

How does Kuaishou disseminate its Corporate Communications and how can I make hardcopy requests?
Kuaishou Technology (the “Company”) implements, with effect from July 19, 2024, the following arrangements for dissemination of Corporate Communications (Note 1) pursuant to Rule 2.07A(1) of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited and the articles of association of the Company:

2. “Non-registered Holder” means such person or company whose listed securities are held in the Central Clearing and Settlement System, and who has notified the Company from time to time through Hong Kong Securities Clearing Company Limited that such person or company wishes to receive Corporate Communications.
