The second phase of the capacity-building training—co-hosted by the Kuaishou Public Welfare Foundation, the Gansu Yishanshui Environment and Social Development Center, and the Qinghai Nianbaoyuze Charity Foundation—was successfully held in Linxia, Gansu. This session of the "Intangible Cultural Heritage (ICH) Learning Academy" was attended by 18 ICH inheritors from Gansu, Qinghai, and Shanxi. The training provided them with digital skills in the fields of short video production, AI technology application, ICH teaching techniques, and intellectual property rights protection. This initiative sought to infuse new vitality into the transmission and revitalization of ICH crafts.
