On December 9, the space class jointly hosted by China Manned Space Agency, China Media Group, the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Science and Technology and China Association for Science and Technology (CAST) officially started. "Science Grandma", a retired physics professor of Tongji University with 1.44 million followers on Kuaishou also participated in the live stream and gave a special "space physics" lecture to audience nationwide. As the demand for pan-knowledge continues to grow, more teachers like Grandma Wu promote science knowledge through short videos and live streaming. According to the Report on Knowledge and Social Ecosystem of Kuaishou, there are over 540,000 knowledge content creators on Kuaishou. Short-video platforms like Kuaishou have become an important channel for academics and the general public to teach and learn different professional knowledge.
