On May 11, the 2023 China Network Performance (Live Streaming and Short Videos) Industry Annual Conference was held in Beijing, under the theme of “new era, new live streaming and new stage”. During the event, the China Association of Performing Arts (“CAPA”) and Kuaishou jointly released the “Analysis Report on Diverse Employment Model of the Live Short Video Field Envisioned by the New Network” (《新網絡視野下的直播短視頻領域多元就業模式分析報告》). The report highlights the significant impact of short video and live streaming platforms, represented by Kuaishou, in addressing employment challenges, improving recruitment efficiency, fostering industry development and driving rural revitalization amidst the trends of the digital era.
