A few days ago, Wu Duanhua, delegate to the National People’s Congress and senior technician of the Zhuzhou branch of BAIC Motor Corporation Limited, said in an interview with a reporter from the People’s Daily Online that the employment of the blue-collar sector is not only related to the upgrade of the manufacturing industry, but also the development and stability of the entire society. Taking "Kwai Recruitment", a blue-collar recruitment function on the short video platform of Kuaishou, as an example, Wu Duanhua pointed out that job seekers can simply leave their contact information without submitting their resumes to apply for positions offered by recruiting companies and employment agencies on the platform with one click. During the Spring Festival this year, the platform launched the first "Chinese New Year Recruitment Fair" (新春招工會) with a total of more than 70 live-streamed recruitment activities, allowing the blue-collar sector to find jobs at the comfort of their homes.
