On August 23, at the Carbon Neutrality Open Patent Technology and Application Forum held in 2022 China Industrial Internet (Jiangmen) Summit, ten companies, including Tencent, Microsoft China and Kuaishou, jointly announced to form the Carbon Neutrality Special Committee and Open Technology Alliance. For the first time, the member companies of the Carbon Neutrality Special Committee, based on the core concept of open sharing, disclosed their patented technologies related to energy conservation and carbon reduction and opened them to other members. In the first round, 189 patented technologies were shared free of charge.
