Legal Daily: Kuaishou Collaborates with Multiple Parties to Build a Judicial Protection Line for Minors
The "Starry Sky Project—Public Welfare Training Program for Judicial Social Workers for Minors," jointly launched by the Kuaishou Public Welfare, Beijing Chao Yue Social Work Agency, and several other institutions, represents a pioneering initiative in the field of minor protection. By leveraging an innovative model that combines "platform resources and professional expertise," Kuaishou has established a comprehensive protection system. This system integrates the training of judicial social workers, the development of industry standards, and the support of vulnerable groups, setting a benchmark for internet companies' engagement in minor protection efforts. In addition to its active involvement in the "Starry Sky Project," Kuaishou has partnered with Beijing Chao Yue Social Work Agency to launch a dedicated action for the judicial protection of minors. Through public welfare donations, the Kuaishou Public Welfare has collaborated with the agency to develop the "Service Specification for Judicial Social Work for Minors." This specification aims to enhance legal protection for minors who exhibit behavioral deviations, ensuring a more robust and supportive environment for their development.
