Under the guidance of the China Federation of Internet Societies, Kuaishou hosted a forum on protecting minors online, inviting representatives from industry organizations, universities, research institutions and the media to discuss governance. Kuaishou outlined its four-layer protection framework covering governance scenarios, user identification, content blocking and spending interventions, and proposed a coordinated response mechanism for less visible risks. Participants called for families, schools, platforms and regulators to work together to protect minors while respecting their rights to digital participation and development.
