Gansu Daily: Kuaishou Public Welfare's "Intangible Cultural Heritage (ICH) Apprenticeship School" Provides Strong Support for ICH Inheritors in Gansu

In 2024, Kuaishou Public Welfare launched the "ICH Apprenticeship School" project, aiming to help ICH inheritors increase their income levels, improve their living conditions, and devote more energy to the inheritance and revitalization of ICH skills. Currently, the first phase of Kuaishou's "ICH Apprenticeship School" has supported over 20 ICH inheritors in Shanxi, Gansu, and Qinghai. The teaching venues cover 50 rural schools and communities, with an estimated reach of over 15,000 people. These ICH inheritors carry forward excellent traditional skills from various fields, including embroidery, traditional paper-cutting, ancient architectural painting, cloisonné, clay sculpture, and Tibetan calligraphy.
