Kuaishou has released the results of its “Minor Online Protection 2025” campaign, a month-long initiative targeting harmful content affecting teens and young users. The platform acted on thousands of user reports, removing 188,000 harmful posts and banning 1,860 accounts for violating youth safety guidelines. As part of the campaign, Kuaishou launched the hashtag #CyberGuardian2025 (for the Protection of Minors), which has attracted over 290 million views. The platform also rolled out a series of AI-powered animations, short dramas on cybersecurity, and educational livestreams designed to promote healthy internet habits among teens.Youth protection has become a core focus for Kuaishou, with a comprehensive system in place that combines content moderation, tech safeguards, psychological support, and educational outreach to create a safer online environment for young people.
