On Kuaishou, there’s more than one solution to young people’s living! The short video platform has become an all-in-one learning, working and employment platform for the youth, giving rise to an increasing number of new scenes and occupations. According to the “Research Report on Short Video Platforms for the Promotion of Employment and the Creation of Social Value” (《短視頻平台促進就業與創造社會價值研究報告》) published by the School of Labor and Human Resources at Renmin University of China, Kuaishou has created over a hundred groundbreaking new occupations, such as “internet marketing specialist”, “operator”, “broadcaster assistant”, “marketing influencer” and “product influencer (KOC)”, through its core businesses of short videos, livestreaming e-commerce and online marketing.
