On 4 July, the 2nd China Digital Economy “She Power” Forum of the 2025 Global Digital Economy Conference was held in Beijing. Speaking at the event, Song Tingting shared Kuaishou’s achievements in cultivating digital skills and promoting female employment and entrepreneurship. She said that since 2018 Kuaishou has rolled out talent-training initiatives such as “Rural Empowerment Ambassador,” “Youth Streamer Development Program,” and “Village Livestreaming Initiative,” helping women streamers in rural areas master short-video and live-streaming skills, upgrade their digital literacy, and advance rural talent revitalization.
