On 16 June 2025, the Publicity Department of the Central Committee of the CPC and the Ministry of Public Security launched the month-long “National Anti-Fraud Action” awareness campaign under the theme “Anti-Fraud Is a Required Course: Build Strong Defenses and Shoulder Our Responsibilities.” All localities and departments will carry out the “Five-Entry” initiative - entering communities, villages, households, schools and enterprises - to prevent telecom and cyber fraud nationwide. In response to the “Five-Entry” call, and as the summer holiday approaches, the Nanjing Municipal Anti-Fraud Centre and the Huai’an Municipal Anti-Fraud Centre, together with Kuaishou Security Centre, are conducting sessions on campuses under the banner “Anti-Fraud Essentials for a Safe Summer.” The initiative reached more than 4,000 students and focused on strengthening students’ awareness and ability to guard against fraud and deception.
