Kuaishou's pandemic assistance portal provides solutions to over 100 users and helps to combat the pandemic by leveraging its platform influence

On March 15, Kuaishou launched the pandemic assistance portal to help people in need with the cooperation of media in different cities and the support of various government departments, Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention (China CDC), volunteer organizations and other parties. As of April 5, Kuaishou platform has received nearly 1,000 messages with clear contact information or specific demands, and helped over 100 people to solve problems such as shortage of medicines, food and supplies. To further capitalize on the platform influence in the battle against the pandemic, Kuaishou E-commerce has also unveiled the "Warm Spring Program 2022", "Fighting Pandemic and Supporting Spring Farming with Technologies (抗疫保春耕 科技來支撐)" and other initiatives to facilitate the stable and orderly production and operation of different industries during the anti-pandemic period.
